1. Scope of application

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) apply to all sales of products made via the website Golden RootsAny order placed on our site implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Products and Availability

Our products are presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, slight variations may occur. Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website and while stocks last.

If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a refund if necessary.

3. Price and Payment

The prices displayed on our site are in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (TTC). They do not include delivery charges, which are indicated when the order is validated.

The accepted payment methods are:

• Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

• PayPal

• Any other means mentioned on our site

Payment is due immediately upon order. In case of non-payment, the order will not be validated.

4. Orders and Validation

Any order placed on our site is considered a firm commitment on the part of the customer. An order confirmation is sent by email.

We reserve the right to refuse any order in the event of suspected fraud or dispute with the buyer.

5. Delivery

We ship our products to the address specified when ordering. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen. A tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment.

Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation. We will not be responsible for delays caused by carriers.

6. Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for exceptions (personalized products, gift cards, etc.).

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags.

To make a return, please contact us at pingzhang@racinesdor.fr. Returns not previously authorized will not be accepted.

Refunds are made to the original payment method under 10 working days after validation of the return.

7. Warranty and Liability

Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects in accordance with French legislation.

We cannot be held liable for indirect damages linked to the use of the product.

8. Protection of Personal Data

We comply with current regulations on the protection of personal data. For more details, please consult our Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

If no agreement is reached, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
