We ship our products internationally. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination.

We offer delivery to the following countries:

  • North America (USA, Canada)

  • Africa

  • Other destinations on request

2. Delivery Times

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment validation.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • France and Europe : 3-7 working days

  • North America : 7-14 working days

  • Africa and other regions : 10-20 working days

Please note that these delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on logistical and customs conditions.


3. Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place your order and depend on your location and the weight of the package.

We offer several delivery options:

  • Standard delivery : Economical service with tracking

  • Express delivery : Faster, with an additional cost

  • Free delivery : Available for certain orders exceeding a specific amount (see conditions on the site)


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of your package.

5. Delivery Delays and Problems

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (customs, weather conditions, strikes, etc.). In case of prolonged delays, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

If your package is lost or damaged during transport, please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date.

Please verify that the delivery address provided is correct before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to a data entry error on your part.
